What is the Fit-For-Life Academy (FFLA)
Our FFLA is designed for men and women who are looking to keep themselves fit, healthy and active so that they can enjoy life to the fullest and don’t mind training in a larger group setting (maximum 10) with other like minded people.
- 60 minute, fully-supervised, full-body training sessions
- Maximum of 10 people per session- ensures quality of coaching remains as high as possible
- Workouts are updated monthly for optimal results
- Regular check-ins to monitor progress, set goals and overcome challenges- critical for motivation, enjoyment and results!!
Flexible Schedule & Hassle-Free Booking
Book your training sessions and progress check-ins for times that suit you through our membership app or website. Tracking your progress on a regular basis will keep you motivated and ensure that you are always progressing towards your goals…. and it couldn’t be easier to do!

Mondays @ 7am and 7pm
Wednesdays & Fridays @ 7am, 12.30pm and 7pm
Accountability, Coaching and Support
Our FFLA allows you to train a minimum of 3 times per week if you’re serious about seeing results.
Booking these 3 sessions per week will finally hold you accountable to your health and fitness goals and provide you with the best possible coaching and support from our team and fellow members.
You’ll never again have to guess what to do when you turn up at the gym as we’ll have a professionally designed, results driven program planned out for you that is updated on a monthly basis for guaranteed results.
