I’m not the best cook in the world, but lately I’ve been cooking this delicious prawn curry a couple of times a week to get it nailed down.

It’s packed full of flavour and nutrients and tastes absolutely gorgeous- I’m well happy with myself 😀
It’s super simple to make and is very versatile. You can add in extra veg, try different types of curry paste, change up the protein sources, etc- well worth trying it out over the next few days.
